By accessing or using Wealth Guardian, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Wealth Guardian provides financial analysis tools including CSV transaction analysis, receipt OCR processing, and spending insights. Our service is designed for educational and personal finance management purposes.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Important: Wealth Guardian provides educational output only and does not constitute financial advice. The insights, recommendations, and analysis provided by our service are for informational purposes only.

You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our analysis.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Data Processing

Stateless Processing (Free Users): By default, your uploaded files are processed in memory and immediately discarded after analysis. No persistent storage of your financial data occurs.

Persistent Storage (Pro Users): Pro users who explicitly opt to save their data will have their receipts and analysis sessions stored securely. This data can be deleted at any time through your account settings.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Wealth Guardian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
